Write to us

Write with the tons and the port attached.

Rev. Nkhosana Dube reads what you send. Name the metal, the monthly tonnage and the incoterm, and we send a firm offer. A note that only says “send prices” does not get one.

Request a firm offer

We reply on business days. We use your message to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list.

What to include

  • Metal, or the class of plant
  • Monthly tonnage or machine capacity
  • DAP, FOB, FOT or CIF, and the place

After you write

What we do with a proper enquiry.

Our first reply is not a contract. We check that we can put the parcel you described in front of a miner, and we tell you what is still missing before we issue a full corporate offer.

Metal enquiries

Name the line: chrome 40/42, chrome 46/48, lithium, copper, nickel, tin, PGMs, antimony or zinc, and say whether you want ore or concentrate. Add the monthly tonnage and the place the incoterm should name. If you already have an assay target, paste the elements you care about. For chrome, point at our specification and tell us which limit you need held.

Equipment enquiries

We quote a flotation plant, a spiral, a crusher or a truck against your pit, not against a catalogue page. Send the ore, the tonnes per hour, the site voltage and whether we must import the machine through Durban, Maputo or Beira. We offer metal and machines on separate contracts even when you want both. The classes are on our equipment section.

What comes back

If your note is complete, we answer with a firm corporate offer or with the short list still missing: banking details for the soft probe, who will attend the sample visit, and the payment path, cash ex mine, a cash-backed letter of credit, or an escrow. We take calls on +27 83 519 6342 and +27 71 851 3078 during the working week. WhatsApp reaches the same numbers.

Do not send passport copies, bank tokens or a signed letter of credit with the first message. We ask for banking details and soft-probe authority only once we are both ready to issue and accept an offer. Until then, your company name, the commodity and the port are enough to start.

We are Silvercrest Commodities (Pty) Ltd, registration 2011/110057/07, VAT 4230315014, at 205 Rivonia Road, Morningside, Sandton. Our chief executive is Rev. Nkhosana Dube. If you are already in Johannesburg, visit us by arrangement. The stockpiles are at origin in South Africa, Zimbabwe or Zambia, and that is where the sample visit in our supply procedure takes place.
